A dynamic marketing agency in Singapore is seeking a Creative Designer to bring marketing ideas to life through impactful visuals and digital content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, 3–5 years of experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Responsibilities include producing engaging social media visuals, conducting photo and video shoots, and maintaining a media library. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Responsible for bringing marketing ideas to life through visual content, videos, social media posts, and marketing collaterals. The role requires strong design skills paired with a marketing background with the ability to combine strategy and execution, including photography and videography skills.
Develop and produce engaging visuals for social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google) and digital ads and website pages.
Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, catalogues, booklets, flyers, banners, and mailers.
Create merchant materials including loyalty banners, stamp cards, QR codes, and onboarding kits.
Conduct video and photo shoots, and edit content for marketing use (reels, YouTube videos, motion graphics, merchant onboarding, product demos, company events, tradeshows, workshops).
Assist in transform articles, product information, and campaign ideas into infographics, EDMs, decks, illustrations, and explainer visuals.
Build and maintain a merchant library (photos, videos, logos) to ensure assets are organized, well edited, and up to date.
Ensure all visuals are on-brand and consistent across platforms.
Support with content planning, posting cadence, design & video-editing, performance analysis, and trend monitoring.
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social media, and marketing design work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva) or equivalent. Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
Experience with social media content design and digital marketing assets.
Skilled in photography and video editing skills.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to balance strategy with execution, combined with compelling visual storytelling.
Good understanding of marketing and how design impacts performance.
Independent, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Experience in B2B marketing or F&B‑related industries is an advantage.
