The company is specializing in interior design, renovation, and construction services. It offers design-and-build solutions for commercial, retail, and residential spaces, focusing on functional and aesthetic environments tailored to client needs.

Job Summary:
The role of Creative Designer is to create original and innovative design concepts for interior spaces (commercial, retail, residential). Translate client requirements into functional and visually appealing design ideas. Develop floor plans, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for project progress and workflow, understanding the sequence of cooperation between various stages of work, and making timely plans for real-time follow-up

• Able to help team members quickly solve problems encountered in work related to solutions or professional technology, and project management docking issues.

• Familiar with the standards of various hotel brand

• Client presentation and negotiations and pitch at board level, adding creative value and edge

• Develop proposed solutions related to Space Planning, Interior and Furniture design in order to recommend the best alternatives and/or solutions per project

• Mentor, manage, and provide leadership to all members of the design team by improving the team’s interior design capabilities, and technical expertise.

• Develop projects trough creative concepts to completion.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in architecture or interior design

• More than 8 years of experience in local interior design with experience in leading large-scale projects to completion

• Possess an international design concept, have a strong sense of design touch and creative design or scheme creation ability, as well as the ability to deepen design

• Strong ability to grasp design effects, have a strong design concept and unique artistic insights, able to carry out targeted spatial design according to different customer needs

• Have excellent project reporting experience.
