Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and collaborate closely with marketing teams to produce visually compelling assets across digital, mobile, print, and social media platforms etc.
  • Transform brand guidelines into innovative and emotionally resonant visual experiences.
  • Assist in the conceptualization and execution of branding materials, marketing collateral, and product packaging that reflect the values and tone of our brand.
  • Maintain consistency in design tone, typography, and colour palette across all marketing materials.
  • Conceptualize and develop original design concepts that bring our brand and partner brands to life.
  • Support adhoc campaigns and product/service launches with fresh design ideas.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of brand identity and guidelines.
  • Research market trends and customer preferences to inspire product-related visual content.
  • Coordinate, and collaborate closely with production teams and relevant external partners to ensure the smooth execution and timely delivery of creative work from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure consistency and quality across all stages of production, including pre-production, production, and post-production, by overseeing print processes, maintaining quality control with suppliers/vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of all creative artworks.
  • Coordinate and conduct product, service, and lifestyle photo shoots if needed.
  • Organize and manage a well-maintained digital asset library, including templates, artwork, and working files.
  • Handle multiple concurrent design projects with strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role; experience in lifestyle, wellness, or sensitive service sectors is a plus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Premiere Pro/After Effects is a bonus) and other design software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
