Job description

We are seeking a talented Creative Designer to support our company’s marketing initiatives across print, digital, and social media. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about bringing brand stories to life through compelling design and visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conceptualise, design, and develop marketing assets for print and digital platforms.

· Adapt creative work thoughtfully across different customer touchpoints, including in-store, online, and promotional materials.

· Create distinctive visual content in line with brand guidelines and project objectives.

· Coordinate and conduct product and lifestyle photo shoots.

· Edit short-form videos and create engaging motion content for digital and social platforms.

· Understand market trends and consumer preferences to guide creative output.

· Manage tasks and timelines independently, delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure creative consistency.

· Support marketing campaigns and store activities with design and content solutions.

· Undertake any other responsibilities as deemed appropriate to support marketing and brand growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a creative design role, preferably in F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, social media, and video content.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).

  • Strong visual storytelling, conceptualisation, and video editing skills.

  • Photography experience (product/lifestyle) is an advantage.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

  • We value candidates with at least 4-5 years of demonstrable skills and a proactive, positive approach.
