Your Role:

1️⃣ Concept & Design Development — Transform briefs into visually striking concepts — from static ads and carousels to digital campaigns, short form content, motion graphics, and brand visuals.

2️⃣ Social-First Creativity — Design content optimised for TikTok, Meta, and Xiao Hong Shu — ensuring every asset looks fresh, bold, and on-trend.

3️⃣ Collaboration That Clicks — Work closely with the Marketing team to translate strategies into high-performing visual storytelling.

4️⃣ Creative Ownership — Bring your design eye into brand decks, proposals, and internal creative reviews. Your input doesn’t just decorate — it directs.

5️⃣ Iterate, Improve, Inspire — Stay on top of design trends, test new formats, and constantly push what “good” looks like.

Requirements:
