They have excellent people skills, and are able to effectively manage and lead teams in and out of the creative process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee series for editorial quality and performance
• Spearhead and ideate for editorial-branded campaigns and projects
• Discover and implement solutions to drive growth, revenue, and executional excellence for team
• Expertise in post production of a diversity of content types
• Mentor peers and interns, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment
• Discover and pitch stories through research and fact-finding
• Conceptualise and execute new and innovative ideas
• Attend and represent nOm in relevant media events and pitches
  
  

• 2-3 years of professional experience in content creation/strategy for consumer-facing brands/media publishers
• Demonstrable proficiency in content production/post-production
• Knowledge in social media formats, trends and algorithms
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic
