We’re looking for a versatile, proactive Creative who’s confident in photography and video production, with a strong focus on content creation primarily in F&B and Hospitality; someone who can drive projects independently, contribute sharp ideas, and consistently bring solutions that elevate the work beyond execution.
You’ll own the whole production process across formats—from high-res photography and mobile-first social reels to video shoots and static assets—applying both creative instinct and strategic thinking to ensure every piece of content aligns with brand goals and campaign narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Execution & Ownership
- Lead and execute content creation across video, photography, and static formats, including social reels, digital videos, and branded assets.
- Translate brand objectives and strategy into executable concepts and ideas across digital, social and video touchpoints, demonstrating experience across static, short-form, and long-form formats.
- Craft clear, production-ready storyboards, mood boards, scripts, and shot lists.
- Confidently shoot on location or in-studio, handling both mobile and high-resolution equipment.
- Edit and deliver final content that is optimised across platforms, with a clear understanding of what works on each channel.
Production Ownership
- Own the full creative production pipeline of your delegated accounts and projects, from pre- to post-production.
- Lead and/or oversee post-production workflows, across editing, visual/audio treatment, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Anticipate, troubleshoot and solve production challenges proactively while maintaining quality standards and efficiency.
- A good eye for layout and design, with a plus if you have skills in basic visual design.
Collaboration & Communication
- Confidently present and defend creative thinking internally and to clients.
- Work closely with account managers and producers to align on briefs, timelines, and scopes, and demonstrate skill at balancing creative ambition with budget and timeline realities.
- Bring proactive, solution-oriented thinking to discussions and project planning, ensure consistent communication and follow-through on projects and tasks.
Experience Criteria
- 4-6 years of professional experience in a creative production role focused on photography and video production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in shooting and producing video (including reels) and photography for digital and social platforms. Proven experience producing content for brands—especially across social platforms, campaigns, and branded storytelling.
- Proficient in video and photo editing software (minimally Adobe PP, LR, PS, AE).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools is a strong plus.
- Strong conceptual thinking and storyboarding skills for varied content formats.
- Confident communicator, independent thinker and collaborative team player in creative environments.
