Job summary

SGIFTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated crafts facilitator to supervise and coordinate weekly sessions for seniors and differently-abled crafters, ensuring materials, setup, and safety.

The role requires at least 20 hours per week, with flexible hours from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday; lunch is provided; walking distance from Dover MRT station. You will work closely with crafters and staff to fulfil orders and keep records up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with seniors and differently-abled crafters.
• Ability to demonstrate craft techniques to a group.
• Excellent energy and enthusiasm when interacting with participants.
• Willingness to commit at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate crafting sessions, addressing crafter needs.
• Plan and organize weekly/monthly sessions with materials sourcing and preparation.
• Keep craft area clean and organized before, during, and after sessions.
• Provide session summaries via WhatsApp to relevant groups.
• Maintain Excel calendar and stock list by updating crafts made.
• Work with crafters and staff to fulfill orders.

Job Description:

• Supervising and coordinating crafting sessions, taking into consideration all concerns and needs of crafters
• Plan & organize weekly / monthly crafting sessions in advance with preparation of materials (includes sourcing and purchasing of materials where necessary) and arriving promptly for all sessions
• Ensure craft area is cleaned and organized before, during, and after crafting session is completed
• Post crafting session, to provide a summary of the session via whatsapp to the relevant groups
• Maintaining the Excel Calendar and Stock list by promptly updating the crafts made
• Work with crafters and staff on fulfilment of orders

• Possess knowledge and the ability to demonstrate craft
• Able to commit minimum 20hrs per week
