Job summary

Asia Grand Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a bartender to prepare and serve beverages and desserts, manage the bar station, and assist the team with daily operations. You will ensure proper fruit cutting, inventory, and cleanliness of glasses and utensils to maintain quality service.

The role emphasizes adherence to hygiene, safety standards, and company SOPs while delivering prompt and accurate beverage service to staff and patrons.

Responsibilities

• To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistently with company's beverage standard.
• Assist manager in the efficient running of the day-to-day operation including set up and closing of the bar counter.
• Maintain bottles & glasses in a functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverage.
• Prepare and manage all dessert orders from serving staff
• Cutting and preparation of fruits
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the glasses, utensils, bar equipment & station.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons accurately & promptly.
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Arrange beverage by FIFO (FIRST IN FIRST OUT) by dates.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
• Adhere to company's standard operating procedures
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
