Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore seeks an experienced engineer to lead power integrity related analyses for application processors, focusing on PDN, signal integrity and electromigration. You will contribute to bump planning and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders to improve reliability.

The role covers SoC support in MCU subsystems from technical feasibility evaluation to post-silicon debug, requiring collaboration across sites.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in power, SI, EM analysis.
• Experience with High-Speed CPU ARM Core Subsystem is a plus.
• Cross-site working experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of PDN, EM/IR analysis for APs.

Responsibilities

• Lead PDN, SI, and EM analyses for application processors.
• Plan Bump and provide feedback to stakeholders to resolve EM/IR issues.
• Support SoC in MCU subsystem from feasibility evaluation to post-silicon debug.
• Collaborate across sites and teams to improve power integrity methodologies.
• Maintain abreast of power integrity concepts and best practices.

• With minimum 8 years of relevant experience in similar industry
• Experience handling challenges related with High-Speed CPU ARM Core Subsystem is a PLUS
• Strong experience with Voltus or Apache Redhawk
• Cross-site working experience is a PLUS
