As a Founding Team member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work and being at the forefront of innovation. You’ll guide the venture through the fast-paced AI and enterprise technology space and rapidly build this to being an enterprise-grade solution.

• You’ll be hands on, ensuring this AI solution's engine is built to perfection, and the tech stack is slick & future-proofed
• You'll shape the technical vision and execution strategy for this new venture in tandem with the evolving business model
• You’ll gain a deep understanding of the target customers; the needs, wants, pains and opportunities that underpin this venture and technology
• You’ll champion user/customer interactions and data-driven decision-making
• You’ll establish appraisal metrics and progress indicators that focus tightly on making progress towards even deeper product-market fit and rapid scale
• You’ll build your product & technology team out and ensure strong connective tissue between the powerful work that’s been done to date, and what needs to be done to further move the needle
• You’ll be proud to have built a game-changing product with ultimate stickiness and an unparalleled customer experience

Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge and domain insights, with a focus on cutting edge, breakthrough solutions including AI and NLP & LLMs
• Strong experience of multiple programming languages, contemporary technology stacks, distributed systems, APIs, databases and software testing toolkits
• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience of rapid product iteration through build, launch and scale phases, with a focus on enterprise customers
• Belief in agile development practices and clean code, keeping final user performance front of mind
• Innate strength of leadership - ability to build, manage and inspire technical & entrepreneurial teams
• Exceptionally well organised, ruthless in prioritising allocation of time and resources in pursuit of a regular cadence of outcomes and progress
