CPA Partner

Your Role

  • Responsible for Accounting functions

  • Maintain full set of accounts

  • Perform daily bookkeeping activities - sales, purchases, receivables, payables, and cash disbursements.

  • Ensure proper accounting records are maintained and procedures are adhered to.

  • Prepare bank reconciliations.

  • Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including for inter-company transactions;

  • Handle month-end, financial year-end closing, monthly balance sheet, P&L, Bank reconciliation.

  • Manage Fixed Assets; Balance sheet accounts reconciliations.

  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties/task assigned.

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Degree in Accountancy/Taxation/Business related discipline, or equivalent qualification.

  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting & finance;
    Excellent problem solving skills.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles;

  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;

  • Expertise in time management, and the ability to adapt to change under pressure.

  • Highly collaborative approach to work.

  • Experience with Formal Accounting Software

  • ISCA membership as a Chartered Accountant member

  • Must be able to speak and write in Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
