Job summary

A Singaporean multinational technology group is seeking a Programme Administrator to manage course logistics and liaise with coordinators. The ideal candidate holds at least an ITE Certificate, possesses good English and communication skills, and can collaborate effectively with team members. This position is a one-year contract located in Singapore, offering a dynamic environment in the aerospace and defense sectors.

Qualifications

• ITE Certificate holder or higher or with relevant working experience.
• Good English proficiency.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with Trainers.
• Basic information and communication technology (ICT) skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective course management services.
• Liaise with Course Coordinator/Business Development team.
• Create course runs/intakes in training management system.
• Monitor enrolment and provide weekly updates.
• Verify applicants’ entry requirements and documents.
• Liaise on course registration and payment matters.
• Send confirmation emails to applicants.
• Upload timetables in training management system.
• Ensure attendance and assessment results are updated.
• Notify learners of their results and trigger cert issuance.
