About Us

The Leadership Institute Pte. Ltd. provides specialized Training & Strategic Advisory Services for the public, corporations, government, and non-profit agencies.

We are embarking on an aggressive growth plan for our adult education in technology and children's enrichment programs. We are looking to expand our Singapore team to meet the demands in our corporate training division and our student enrichment division.

Role and Responsibilities

We are currently looking for Course Developers for the following:

Adult Education:

• Design and develop curriculum and courseware for a variety of WSQ courses
• Ensure curriculum alignment with the SkillsFuture framework and relevant industry standards
• Design and develop assessment plans aligned with requirements from the SkillsFuture Framework
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide technical accuracy and industry insights when developing or revising curriculum
• Develop learning modules using appropriate instructional technologies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in adult learning and instructional design
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of training programs

Student Enrichment:

• Design and create engaging Generative AI curriculum for educational purposes with our in-house AI team.
• Develop lesson plans and materials for platforms, such as machine learning, naturallanguage processing, and AI tools, with expert guidance from our in-house team.
• Tailor content to meet diverse student learning needs and skill levels.
• Train the teachers for the enrichment programme.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience conducting and developing technology application courses for kids and adults.
• Experience in developing WSQ courses for CET centres/Program Partners for SCTP.
• Strong understanding of the SkillsFuture framework and its objectives.
• Excellent knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preference will be given to candidates with both DACE / DDDLP and ACTA/ACLP Certificate.
• Degree preferred but not required.
