Overview

As a Coupa Implementation Specialist, you will lead and participate in Coupa implementations and enhancement projects, drawing upon your 3+ years of direct experience with Coupa applications. You will apply your strong knowledge in Procurement, Sourcing, AP, E-invoicing, and Vendor Master to design and deliver effective Coupa solutions. Utilizing your experience with Coupa APIs, you will build and manage integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment with SAP ECC/S4 integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU/Production support for Coupa applications to ensure system stability and promptly resolve issues.
• Apply ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management practices to support the environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to deliver Coupa projects in the Project Life Cycle.
