Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to serve high-end, qualified clients across Thailand.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with global business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities while proactively managing and mitigating risks.
- Drive new customer acquisition and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
- Oversee and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams by providing market and customer feedback.
- Manage the country sales budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and sales forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in the machine tool or cutting tool industry.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing sales teams in Thailand.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to lead technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in English, especially for communication with European distributors.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
- Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as needed.
