Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities to meet and surpass targets.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, conferences, networking, and referrals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in freight forwarding, transportation, contract logistics, and multimodal solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to management.
  • Lead the RFQ process from start to finish with a results-oriented approach.
Job Requirements
  • Strong sales hunter mentality with a drive to close new business.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; industry certifications are advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of proven sales success, exceeding targets and acquiring new accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Success in competitive environments with notable achievements.
  • Experience in transportation, service solutions, or international sales is preferred.
