Job description

An international and fast-growing modular infrastructure provider is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Country Sales Manager to lead business development and sales efforts in Singapore and the broader APAC region, with a focus on data center infrastructure and modular solutions.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with strong potential to evolve into a leadership position as the business scales. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the data center ecosystem and a passion for building new markets from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales of modular data center solutions and services across Singapore and APAC.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Identify and qualify new project opportunities across hyperscale, edge, and enterprise segments.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, marketing) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build visibility and pipeline.
  • Provide market intelligence and contribute to regional go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in data center infrastructure, modular construction, or critical facilities.
  • Proven success in project-based solution selling and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong network within the Singapore and/or APAC data center and ICT ecosystem.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with data center design, power, cooling, and connectivity is a plus.
