Job description

We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic individual to lead and grow the Wholesale and Retail Channel for a well-established international brand in the FMCG/beverage industry.

This role will focus on managing key distributor relationships, expanding presence across retail channels, and driving profitable growth through commercial planning, customer engagement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic development and execution of sales plans across wholesale and retail channels.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key distributors and retail partners, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and specialty retailers.
  • Oversee sales and promotional planning to increase distribution, rotation, and brand visibility in-store.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations to align on business goals and execution.
  • Coach and manage a small commercial team, driving performance and operational excellence.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Lead negotiations, trade terms discussions, and the execution of joint business plans with key accounts.
Requirements:
  • More than 8 years of experience in FMCG sales with strong exposure to wholesale and retail channel management.
  • Proven track record managing distributor networks and modern retail accounts (e.g., supermarkets, convenience chains, specialty stores).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
