A leading company in the gaming industry is seeking a Country Manager to oversee the management of game life cycles and product development. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant leadership experience, strong business acumen, and a passion for the gaming industry. This role requires effective communication and the ability to work with diverse teams to drive growth and innovation in the gaming market.
Job Responsibilities:
Operations: Manage and lead a team of Team Leaders & Planners in the entire management of game/product life cycle with responsibility in game budget and Profit & Loss
Product Management: Ensure and maintain strong link and development of game communities with continuous initiatives
Business Development: Understand and take lead in game research and market analysis relating to target marketing plan & implementation of effective strategies accordingly
People Management: Drive internal and external stakeholders in the entire game launch and management cycle
Entrepreneurship: Research, identify and drive organization towards new areas in this field
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3years of relevant working experience in similar capacity/leadership role
Well versed/passionate with gaming/gaming industry
Self-driven, independent, result orientated analytical combined with adaptability and initiatives
Strong business acumen with a results-driven and analytical mindset.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Background in Business, Marketing or IT related field.
