As Country Manager, you will play an instrumental role in steering the overall direction of operations in Singapore. Your daily activities will involve collaborating with diverse teams to set ambitious yet achievable goals, reviewing progress against key metrics, and implementing strategies that drive both top-line growth and operational efficiency.

  • Develop comprehensive plans for each function within the country team, setting clear key performance indicators and conducting monthly reviews to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Maximise sales revenue by enhancing lead conversion rates through effective sales strategies and continuous process improvement.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of robust country sales plans that align with broader organisational objectives and market trends.
  • Expand the national network by building strong relationships with investment partners, landlords, and other stakeholders using capital-efficient approaches.
  • Drive operational efficiency throughout all business processes to optimise resource allocation and cost management.
  • Gain deep insights into customer needs to deliver tailored products and solutions that create memorable workplace experiences.
  • Engage regularly with existing customers to boost satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products.
  • Monitor local market dynamics closely to ensure competitive pricing strategies are implemented effectively.

To excel as Country Manager, you will bring extensive experience in commercial management within fast-evolving sectors such as Technology, Logistics, Real Estate or similar B2B facing industries.

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently driving both revenue growth and profitability on a month-to-month basis within a commercial environment.
  • Proven ability to provide direct and indirect leadership by recruiting, training, developing, and retaining high-performing teams focused on shared objectives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in managing pricing strategies, enquiry conversions, and other levers that maximise financial outcomes.
  • Experience in network development through strategic expansion plans involving business centres or similar locations in partnership-driven models.
  • Ability to interpret complex market data to inform decision-making processes related to product offerings, pricing structures, and competitive positioning.
  • A collaborative approach that encourages knowledge sharing across teams while maintaining accountability for individual results.
