A leading system integrator in the pro audio video and workplace productivity space is currently seeking a Country Manager for its Singapore business.

The Country Manager is responsible for the financial and operational performance of the Singapore business, holding P&L responsibility and leading a dynamic, high performance team. You will lead strategy planning, developing and executing mid to long term strategy for the business, with the objective of growing market share and delivering best-in-class services. You will drive the sales organization, with ownership of top level negotiations and partnerships.

This is a key hire that will work closely with global and regional counterparts, with a high degree of ownership and visibility.

The ideal candidate

• 10+ years of sales and business management experience in IT and AV industry
• Experience in professional audio video is highly preferred
• Strong mentorship capabilities, exceptional leadership skills
• Deep understanding of local market trends and competitor landscape
