Job Title: Country Manager
Location: Singapore
Reporting To: Managing Director, APAC

The Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and commercially-minded Business Lead to drive our growth in Singapore. This is a senior leadership role, working closely with the Managing Director, APAC, to scale our operations, expand strategic partnerships, and foster a strong team culture.

You’ll be instrumental in developing and executing our local go-to-market strategies while shaping the future of programmatic advertising across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Singapore team, fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
  • Own and execute the local commercial strategy, with full responsibility for revenue growth, market penetration, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive new business development and strategic partnerships across agencies, brands, and demand-side platforms.
  • Act as a key strategic partner to the Managing Director, supporting regional expansion and business scaling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the ecosystem (media agencies, trading desks, brands, tech partners).
  • Drive GTM strategies tailored to the Singapore market with a deep understanding of local nuances.
  • Ensure alignment between sales, operations, product, and marketing to support business growth.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting career development and team well-being.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in AdTech, with proven success in commercial leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, particularly on the demand side.
  • Experience leading and scaling teams in high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing GTM strategies in Singapore or SEA markets.
  • Strong track record of stakeholder management and strategic partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A natural people leader who values culture, collaboration, and mentorship.
