Job description

Our Client:

• A global reputable company in the Elevator and Escalator industry

• Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Kaki Bukit

• Basic: Up to $4500 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Support sales team on the design / specifications of Schindler products (Lifts & Escalators) for tenders’ requirement

• Check processes and guidelines are adhered to within limit of authority

• Comply and ensure that orders, offers, and studies are processed in accordance with tender specifications, as-sold specifications, and contract requirements.

• Ensure all orders and offers meet ex-work and clients’ schedule under consideration of lead time given by suppliers.

• Ensure up-to-date costing in CVM and SAP.

• Ensure best cost and sourcing for all orders and tenders.

• Ensure designs are available to those who need them at the appropriate time.

• Comply with local ‘Code of Practice’ relating to design.

• Comply with Group directives.

• Comply with Group Product Lines wherever applicable.

• Aware of and understand workplace safety.

• Perform work with the highest ethics and values.

• Avoid errors and reduce financial risk during construction.

• Maintain thorough documentation of the process.

• Monitor local regulations and provide feedback to Group if necessary.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years experience in Elevator/Escalator industry in a similar capacity

• Meticulous and a good team player

• Good communication skills
