Job summary

A leading B2B services provider in Singapore seeks a Costing Analyst to manage demand planning and costing operations. The role involves daily trend analysis, proactive communication with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate pricing updates. Ideal candidates will have a diploma with at least 3 years of experience in costing and supply chain analysis. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in costing or supply chain analysis.
  • Experience in demand planning and reconciliation is a must.
  • Ability to work overtime occasionally from home.

Operating from Singapore, this company is a B2B digital transfer network that offers services like mobile top-ups and data solutions in over 100 countries, primarily focusing on emerging markets. Currently, they are looking to hire a high calibre Costing Analyst for the needs of the business.

about the job
This role focuses on strategic and operational demand planning and costing management. Key responsibilities include the daily analysis of demand trends to ensure accurate forecasting and making real-time adjustments based on market changes. The position requires proactive communication of risks and opportunities to stakeholders, as well as investigating and resolving costing anomalies with the pricing and sales teams. The individual will also be responsible for validating pricing and discount rates, and ensuring these costing changes are accurately and timely updated in the relevant systems. A core part of the job is to own the reconciliation process between planned demand and actual outcomes, resolving any discrepancies in collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain.

skills and experience required
You should ideally have a diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of handson experience in costing/supply chain analysis, demand planning and recon. It is important to be able to work OT but this can be done from home, and it is NOT expected of you to OT daily. Office is in the CBD, they are on a hybrid work arrangement - 4 days wio, 1 day wfh.
