This role involves managing all cost-related activities to ensure accurate tracking, effective budgeting, and support for business decision-making. Qualifications

Job Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Cost Controller to manage and monitor all cost-related activities across our production operations. This desk-based role is vital in ensuring accurate cost tracking, effective budgeting, and cost control initiatives to support business decision-making and improve financial performance.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overheads.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and cost forecasts aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present detailed cost and variance analysis reports to management.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and support implementation of cost-saving measures.
  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reporting to reduce waste and obsolescence.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support pricing decisions and investment evaluations.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing relevant cost data and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal cost policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the integration and maintenance of ERP systems related to costing.

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in cost accounting or cost control, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other similar platforms).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
