Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Corp. is seeking a Costing Analyst to perform product cost simulations for NPI, FAI requests, quotations and project transfers, and to support standard cost calculations and cost updates.

Collaborating with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance, you will maintain material master data, costing parameters in the ERP system and support audit requirements and continuous improvement initiatives in costing processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of costing, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Job description

• Perform product cost simulations for New Product Introduction (NPI), First Article Inspection (FAI) requests, quotations, and project transfer activities.
• Support project standard cost calculations, cost roll-ups, and cost updates.
• Maintain and update material master data and costing parameters in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely costing data.
• Support audit requirements and continuous improvement initiatives related to costing processes.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in costing, cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or financial analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
