SHILLA TRAVEL RETAIL is recruiting Beauty Advisors to join its expanding team in Singapore, focusing on exceptional customer service and beauty product knowledge. You will engage customers, upsell and maintain relationships while working as a brand ambassador at the airport.

This role offers training, a five-day work week, and benefits including uniform, dental and medical coverage, staff discounts, and performance bonuses. Night shifts are part of the schedule with allowances.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cosmetic and perfume sales, travel retail background desirable.
• Strong customer service mentality, proactive and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Be a SHILLA ambassador and maintain a professional customer‑oriented image.
• Welcome customers and elevate service with solid product knowledge.
• Recognize sale opportunities and upsell/cross-sell at point of service.
• Drive and achieve individual sales targets monthly in a team environment.
• Perform inventory replenishment as required.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with procedures.
• Operate POS and handle various payment methods.
• Other duties as assigned.
