Job Title: Product Manager Tax & Accounting

Location: Mylapore, Chennai

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Manager for Tax & Accounting to lead the development and delivery of finance and taxation-related training solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in GST, tax regulations, and accounting principles, and will drive corporate training content and support pre- and post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for tax and accounting learning solutions.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality corporate training content tailored to client needs.
  3. Conduct market and regulatory research to ensure training content remains compliant with GST and tax regulations.
  4. Support pre- and post-sales demonstrations to corporate clients, showcasing product capabilities and value.
  5. Work with sales, content, and delivery teams to ensure seamless training implementation.
  6. Gather client feedback and continuously improve training modules based on user needs and market trends.
  7. Ensure training programs align with industry standards and corporate finance best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. MBA in Finance or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, finance training, or similar roles.
  3. Strong knowledge of GST, Indian taxation systems, and accounting principles.
  4. Experience in developing and delivering corporate training content.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement and client demos.
  6. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
