Job summary

A local HR advisory firm based in Marine Parade, Singapore, is looking for a Training Executive to coordinate training activities and support HR administration. The role involves monitoring training evaluations, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with audits. Candidates should have at least a diploma in HR Development and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Competitive salary range is offered.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Development or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years' HR Generalist &/or L&D experience.
  • Proficient in MS Microsoft and Excel skill.

Responsibilities

  • Raise training request and prepare training nomination form.
  • Monitor and collate results for Training and Post Training Evaluation.
  • Coordinate ONE@ECDA system and manage training updates.

Job description

Training Executive

Location: Marine Parade

Working Days: Monday-Friday, 5 days

Working hours : 8:30am - 6:15pm

Salary : $3500-$3800

Training Administration

  • Raise training request, collate, and prepare training nomination form for participants
  • Monitor and collate results for Training Evaluation
  • Monitor and collate results for Post Training Evaluation
  • Analyse feedback and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Work with inter-department(s) on non-curriculum training
  • Work with curriculum department on curriculum training
  • Maintain records of training activities and participants' progress

Training (CPD) Hours

  • Monitor and ensure teachers fulfil minimum CPD hours requirement
  • Support enquiries and reporting related to Training matters

ONE@ECDA

  • Coordination of ONE@ECDA system between HQ & Centres
  • Update and approval of ONE@ECDA Training Courses
  • Updates of External/Internal Trainings on ONE@ECDA for HQ & Centres’ Staff

Reporting / Audit

  • In-charge of Training and Leadership Development, Internship and L&D Related Program
  • Ensure Training & L&D is in compliance with Audit and Audit readiness
  • Support Audit

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Development or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years' HR Generalist &/or L&D experience
  • Proficient in MS Microsoft and Excel skill
