Overview

Working Location: Harbourfront (Near MRT). Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri).

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Champion - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the corporate team
  • Documentation Specialist - Prepare, review, and manage corporate documents, reports, and presentations
  • Schedule Coordinator - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure seamless coordination for corporate leaders
  • Communication Liaison - Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Data Manager - Maintain and update corporate databases and records with accuracy
  • Process Streamliner - Assist in implementing and improving corporate workflows and systems
  • Event Organizer - Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Compliance Assistant - Support the team in adhering to corporate policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Team Player - Collaborate across departments to support various business functions
  • Problem Solver - Anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth corporate operations
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
