A corporate services provider in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Champion to provide comprehensive administrative support, manage corporate documents, and coordinate schedules. Ideal candidates should possess at least a diploma, have strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Entry-level candidates are welcome, and training will be provided.

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Administrative Champion – Provide comprehensive administrative support to the corporate team
  • Documentation Specialist – Prepare, review, and manage corporate documents, reports, and presentations
  • Schedule Coordinator – Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure seamless coordination for corporate leaders
  • Communication Liaison – Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Data Manager – Maintain and update corporate databases and records with accuracy
  • Process Streamliner – Assist in implementing and improving corporate workflows and systems
  • Event Organizer – Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Compliance Assistant – Support the team in adhering to corporate policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Team Player – Collaborate across departments to support various business functions
  • Problem Solver – Anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth corporate operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
