Its commercials are robust, made up of a strong base of public accounts & private sector revenue, with clear room for growth. The business verticals are constantly seeking to improve their B2C B2B offerings, where digitisation paired with innovation is key to keeping them abreast with international benchmarks.

We are seeking to fill the role of Strategy Lead, driving business growth and transformation across the organisation. The successful candidate will lead a team across Business Insights and Analytics, Business Planning, and Industry Partnerships, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to drive growth, partnerships, and sustainability. Key responsibilities:

1. Spearhead strategic planning and implementation to drive business growth
2. Oversee business insights and analytics to inform business decisions
3. Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to drive business expansion
4. Engage with government agencies and regulators to secure funding and support
5. Track and measure success through KPI scorecard development and management
