We are currently expanding and looking to hire a Corporate Service Manager under our Managed Services arm.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership and manage a portfolio of clients.
- Be responsible for client management, client retention, and driving the managed service business, including Accounting, Tax, and Corporate Secretarial works.
- Oversee, assist, and coordinate the preparation of managed service deadlines and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with ACRA (Bizfile) and IRAS requirements.
- Collaborate with partners and team members to provide solutions.
- Independently communicate with new clients, understand their requirements, and propose solutions, scope, and fees.
- Liaise with statutory bodies, banks, and other third-party business partners as needed.
- Manage and build client relationships by acting as a well-rounded business advisor, especially in Corporate Secretarial works, Accounting, and Tax.
- Perform other incidental tasks as assigned.
- Support and coach new team members.
- Handle other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities
- Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, and some corporate secretarial work.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Knowledge of the Companies Act, procedures, and guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good client servicing and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Proactive and a good team player.
- Flexible and adaptable in various working styles.
- Preferably ACCA/CA/CPA qualified.
