Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional consulting services and tailored solutions to clients landing in Singapore and the ASEAN region.

2. Coordinate operations between the local Singapore team and regional teams (primarily based in China).

3. Participate in business development initiatives and assist the marketing department in converting leads into clients.

4. Establish and continuously optimise service delivery standards.

5. Offer clients a range of value-added services to enhance overall performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in professional consulting services, including but not limited to corporate secretarial, accounting & tax, or legal advisory firms.

2. Strong client service orientation with flexible and strategic thinking.

3. Proficiency in English is required. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is advantageous due to interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients.

4. Work pass sponsorship (e.g., Employment Pass) may be provided for suitable candidates.
