As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Singaporean Corporate Secretary to join our team and help manage our clients' compliance requirements with ACRA.
Job Description:
As our in-house Corporate Secretary, you will be responsible for handling the full suite of corporate secretarial duties for a portfolio of clients — primarily newly incorporated or active companies in Singapore. You’ll be the key person managing ACRA filings, preparing statutory documents, and ensuring all compliance deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:
Act as named Corporate Secretary for client companies
Prepare and file statutory documents with ACRA using BizFile+
Handle company incorporation, changes in company structure, and strike-offs
Maintain statutory registers and minute books
Draft directors’/shareholders’ resolutions, meeting minutes, and routine secretarial documents
Ensure clients remain compliant with the Companies Act
Liaise directly with clients, directors, and government agencies as needed
Requirements:
Singaporean citizen (requirement for acting as named Corporate Secretary)
At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial or professional services firms
Solid understanding of ACRA compliance, BizFile+ platform, and corporate governance in Singapore
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple clients simultaneously
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma in Business, Law, or Corporate Administration
ICSA qualification or currently pursuing SAICSA is a plus
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate services or accounting firm
Work Setup:
