  • Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications is advantageous.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling all aspects of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporation, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients in accordance with Companies Act
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as application of employment passes, licenses, opening bank accounts etc.
  • Assist in drafting of resolutions, minutes of meetings and ancillary documents, updating Viewpoint
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and clients
  • Assist in handling a portfolio of clients independently, including liaising with auditors
  • Maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns to ACRA

Requirements

· Possesses Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Law

· At least 5 years’ experience in corporate secretarial work

· Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications (CSIS) would be

advantageous.

· In-depth knowledge of Companies Act

· Able to work both in a team environment and independently

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Organised, detailed and deadline oriented

· Be flexible and adaptable in working styles

· Viewpoint experience

· Trust administration experience

· Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share knowledge
