Job Description :

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Secretary (Junior) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including Singapore-incorporated entities, SGX-listed companies, registered branches of foreign companies in Singapore. Key responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, as well as providing procedural advisory services.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing corporate secretarial and administrative support.
  • Assist with customer due diligence (CDD) during onboarding and ongoing compliance.
  • Handle incorporation of new companies.
  • Prepare and file statutory returns with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), including preparing financial statements in XBRL and lodgment of XBRL.
  • Coordinate and organize board and shareholder meetings for clients.
  • Draft resolutions and meeting minutes for Directors and Shareholders.
  • Maintain corporate records, registers, and minute books.
  • Advise clients on corporate secretarial practices and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or Law
  • At least 1 to 2 years of corporate secretarial experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, well-organised, meticulous and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong team player with positive working attitude, able to work independently and multi-task
  • Proficient and fluent in Mandarin as it is required to communicate with Chinese speaking clients.
  • Membership with the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) is an added advantage
