Oakwood & Drehem Capital Pte. Ltd., a trusted provider of corporate services in Singapore, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Corporate Secretary to join our team on a full time position.

This role supports our commitment to helping businesses maintain compliance and uphold sound corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other regulatory requirements

• Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records

• Prepare board resolutions, meeting agendas, and minutes

• Support the board of directors in fulfilling their statutory obligations

• Liaise with stakeholders and regulatory authorities

• Prepare and file annual returns and other statutory documents with ACRA

• Advise clients on basic corporate governance and compliance practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of corporate secretarial experience in Malaysia or Singapore

• Familiarity with ACRA filing processes and statutory requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High level of integrity and professionalism

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently
