We are an established Accounting and Corporate Secretary firm in Singapore and Malaysia. We are seeking an experienced corporate secretary executive with accounting knowledge to manage a growing number of clients from China.
Job Description:
Provide advice to new clients on company incorporation matters
Manage the incorporation of new clients and maintain a portfolio of existing clients
Prepare directors’ resolutions and AGM minutes
Keep corporate matters like share transfer, resignation and appointment of director, increase share capital etc., up-to-date
Preparing relevant forms and performing e-filing with government bodies (ACRA/IRAS)
Perform any accounting work when assigned
Those without qualification but have experience are welcome to apply

Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Law, Accountancy, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial firm
Understand Singapore's Anti-money laundering and Terrorist Financing rules
Comfortable talking to Chinese clients on ACRA regulations
Accounting and Malaysian Corporate Secretary knowledge advantage
Hardworking and positive attitude, with the ability to work as a team or individually
Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
