Job description

Corporate Secretary:
  • Oversee the full range of company secretarial responsibilities, including drafting minutes for directors' and shareholders' meetings, preparing resolutions, facilitating company incorporations, and performing client due diligence checks.
  • Provide guidance to clients on corporate secretarial matters and ensure compliance with ACRA regulations.
  • Ensure the timely submission of Annual Returns and other necessary filings to ACRA.
  • Organize board meetings, including preparing agendas and relevant materials.
  • Maintain statutory records and registers in accordance with regulations, and manage the documentation for share transactions such as transfers and issuances.
  • Assist clients with opening corporate bank accounts for local companies and Singapore branch offices.
  • Manage the process of company strike-offs and the closure of bank accounts.
  • Act as a liaison with banks, embassies, and other relevant organizations.
Accounting:
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end closing procedures and financial reporting to management.
  • Oversee accounting processes, ensuring account reconciliations are accurate and financial records are maintained (e.g., accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger).
  • Prepare and finalize both monthly and annual financial statements.
Taxation:
  • Prepare and submit tax returns (GST, WHT, CIT, etc.), ensuring full compliance with all tax filing requirements.
  • Manage tax assessments and handle the e-filing of income tax returns.
  • Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure the company’s tax practices remain compliant.
