About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Corporate Secretary to support our growing portfolio of client companies. The ideal candidate will assist with routine corporate secretarial work, statutory compliance matters, and administrative support. This role is suitable for individuals who are familiar with ACRA requirements and company governance, and who enjoy a structured, professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct basic background checks (KYC) for client companies and directors/shareholders
  • Assist with company incorporation and the preparation of statutory forms and resolutions
  • Handle annual return filings, AGM/EGM documentation, and updates with ACRA
  • Maintain and archive statutory registers and corporate secretarial documents
  • Prepare and file changes such as directors, shareholders, share transfers, and registered office updates
  • Assist clients in preparing and submitting applications for Work Permit (WP), S Pass (SP), and Employment Pass (EP) when required
  • Liaise with clients, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure compliance and timely submissions
  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualification (Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred)
  • At least 2 years of corporate secretarial or administrative experience
  • Familiar with ACRA BizFile+, corporate governance, and statutory reporting
  • Knowledge of MOM pass applications (WP/SP/EP) is an advantage
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently
  • Able to commit to the working hours (1–5 PM, weekdays)
