Job summary

A corporate services firm in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Secretarial Manager to oversee multiple clients’ portfolios and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple corporate secretarial clients’ portfolios including offshore companies.
  • Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, preparation
    of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions, opening bank accounts and change of signatories, etc.
  • Prepare and review corporate secretarial documents and ensure clients’ compliance with
    government authorities and statutory requirements.
  • Manage the smooth operations of Board Meetings, Audit and Risk Meetings, and Annual General
    Meetings for clients’ companies.
  • Coordinate with Finance department on billing matters
  • Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Perform customers’ due diligence as required.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma graduate in any field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and strong organizational skills
  • Positive working attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective client
    engagement
