Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a portfolio of clients and a full range of activities, including, but not limited to, organizing board/board committee meetings, taking minutes, attending to board resolutions, ACRA filings, and other assigned tasks.

  • Independently provide corporate secretarial services to clients.

  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the teams, including involvement in the design of new processes or systems and/or the improvement of existing ones.

  • Assist in the management and growth of a team of effective professionals to meet clients' needs, including work review, coaching, and staff development.

  • Manage clients' deliverables to ensure agreed timelines are met.

  • Perform AML KYC procedures.

  • Submit fee quotations to clients for requested services.

  • Undertake other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.

Key Requirements:

  • ICSA graduate, preferably with a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Law-related disciplines.

  • A minimum of 5 years of corporate secretarial experience in a senior position, currently operating in a managerial capacity.

  • Experience working in an outsourcing/service provider environment.

  • Sound understanding of the Singapore Companies Act.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Well-organized, meticulous, and able to work independently under pressure.

  • Dedicated to long-term career growth prospects.

  • High degree of professionalism, with the ability to communicate with all levels of management, as well as strong integrity and decision-making skills.
