A well-established consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Secretary to manage client portfolios and provide corporate secretarial services. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity and strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act. Candidates should be ICSA graduates dedicated to long-term career growth in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a portfolio of clients and a full range of activities, including, but not limited to, organizing board/board committee meetings, taking minutes, attending to board resolutions, ACRA filings, and other assigned tasks.
Independently provide corporate secretarial services to clients.
Contribute to the smooth operation of the teams, including involvement in the design of new processes or systems and/or the improvement of existing ones.
Assist in the management and growth of a team of effective professionals to meet clients' needs, including work review, coaching, and staff development.
Manage clients' deliverables to ensure agreed timelines are met.
Perform AML KYC procedures.
Submit fee quotations to clients for requested services.
Undertake other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
ICSA graduate, preferably with a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Law-related disciplines.
A minimum of 5 years of corporate secretarial experience in a senior position, currently operating in a managerial capacity.
Experience working in an outsourcing/service provider environment.
Sound understanding of the Singapore Companies Act.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Well-organized, meticulous, and able to work independently under pressure.
