Job description

Title: Corporate Secretarial Services Manager

Address: (Telok Ayer / Downtown MRT)
Working days: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
Salary: $8,000 to $10,000

Requirements

Must be registered as a Qualified Individual (QI)

Must meet specific criteria set by regulatory authorities such as ACRA:

  • Advocates and solicitors
  • Public accountants registered under the Accountant Act
  • Members of professional accounting and corporate secretarial organizations
  • Corporate secretarial agents with relevant experience

Job scope

  • Serve as the primary contact for international clients, assisting with the establishment of new corporate structures and ongoing administration
  • Handle new client onboarding and due diligence procedures for Singapore companies
  • Manage corporate bank account applications
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and provide ongoing administration
  • Oversee terminations, liquidations, and striking off of corporate structures
  • Prepare timely invoices and ensure prompt collection from clients
  • Coordinate with the Accounting Department to ensure timely completion of financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with filing deadlines
  • Maintain corporate records and internal documentation
  • Process Employment Pass and Dependent’s Pass applications for client entities
  • Supervise and support the development of Corporate Secretarial Officers
  • Maintain data in the Client Management Information System (IBIS)
  • Liaise with Compliance Officers for annual client reviews and address any deficiencies
  • Fulfill ad-hoc administrative requirements as needed
  • Serve as the Named Corporate Secretary for client and internal Singapore companies
  • Act as Resident Director for select Singapore client entities
  • Act as the Qualified Individual for ACRA filings
