The corporate secretarial executive supports the Group’s corporate secretarial functions in line with company expectations and requirements. The role is responsible for coordinating company involvement in managing and administering day-to-day secretarial practices and requirements, as well as supporting the team in secretarial matters including filing documents with ACRA via Bizfile.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide in-house secretarial services, managing and administering daily secretarial practices in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
  2. Assist in corporate exercises related to secretarial functions.
  3. Maintain proper records of all secretarial documents.
  4. Prepare resolutions, minutes of meetings, annual returns, and statutory documents.
  5. Lodge documents with ACRA via Bizfile.
  6. Collaborate with external corporate secretarial firms.
  7. Handle basic secretarial duties with minimal supervision.
  8. Attend to ad-hoc assignments as required.
QHSSE Duties – Every Employee shall:
  1. Take care of themselves and others affected by their acts or oversights.
  2. Not interfere with or misuse anything supplied for health, safety, and welfare.
  3. Report quality-related issues and HSSE hazards or deficits within their area.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, or equivalent.
  • Pursuing ICSA, ICSA graduate, or a member of SAICSA / CSIS.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a secretarial firm or in-house corporate secretarial practice.
  • Familiarity with the Companies Act, Listing Rules, and other relevant regulations.
  • Trustworthy, able to maintain confidentiality with integrity and commitment.
