Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide corporate secretarial and advisory services to a small portfolio of privately held companies.
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act.
  • Handle client onboarding processes, including the completion of AML forms, and conducting relevant due diligence checks.
  • Prepare routine corporate documents for matters such as incorporation, post-incorporation changes, changes in company officers, bank account modifications (opening/closing/changing signatories), appointment or resignation of auditors, company name changes, straightforward share or asset acquisitions/disposals, branch registrations, LLP/LP registrations, changes of agents, AGM documentation, and annual filings or waiver applications with ACRA.
  • Follow up with clients on AGM-related matters, respond to queries regarding AGM documentation, extension of time applications, and XBRL preparation and submission.
  • Maintain entity records in Viewpoint and set up statutory registers as required.
  • Manage and submit all ACRA filings for assigned clients.

Job Requirements
