Job description

Our client, a corporate services provider, is looking for Corporate Secretary, Assistant Manager / Manager, to join their growing team. This position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of corporate secretarial clients, including offshore entities, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

  • Handle the full suite of corporate secretarial functions such as company incorporations, drafting and filing directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, managing changes in company structure, and supporting the opening and maintenance of bank accounts.

  • Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of statutory documents in compliance with regulatory requirements and government authorities.

  • Coordinate and facilitate Board Meetings, Audit & Risk Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups are maintained.

  • Collaborate with the Finance team to support invoicing and billing matters related to client services.

  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to support client needs and ensure smooth communication and execution of corporate actions.

  • Conduct customer due diligence and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards, including KYC and AML obligations.
