The role involves preparing corporate documents, managing client portfolios, and providing project advisory support. Candidates should hold a diploma or a degree, with at least six years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work, demonstrating strong organization and communication skills.
Corporate Secretarial, Assistant Manager/Manager
Be responsible for the preparation of corporate secretarial documents, maintenance and updating of statutory registers and secretarial records, attending board/board committee meetings, handling of client billing and payments and other ad-hoc duties, as and when required.
