Corporate Secretarial, Assistant Manager/Manager

Be responsible for the preparation of corporate secretarial documents, maintenance and updating of statutory registers and secretarial records, attending board/board committee meetings, handling of client billing and payments and other ad-hoc duties, as and when required.

Board.Vision Project Advisory / Support

This is a digital board activity management software developed by Trusted Services to enable boards to go paperless and make decisions in an efficient manner, anytime and anywhere. We have a team who will provide training to new joiners.

  • Advise on various aspects of the project development
  • Provide and attend training / sales presentations
  • Provide other support to the Product Owner, where required, to meet project deliverables

Executive Support

  • Attend to assignments or queries proactively
  • Attend and draft client's meeting minutes

Dynamic Adaptation:

Manage portfolio of companies with minimal supervision.

Qualification, Competencies/ Other Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate secretarial work.
  • Diploma holder with related experience or degree holder or holder of a professional certificate in chartered secretary.
  • Good understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements of the Singapore Companies Act.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work.
  • Possess a flexible and proactive attitude.
  • Good command of English is a key requirement.
