Job Description:

  • Assist in overseeing and managing a portfolio of local and international clients across diverse industries

  • Review and prepare resolutions, minutes, and statutory documents in compliance with the Companies Act and ACRA regulations

  • Supervise and guide junior corporate secretarial executives and associates

  • Ensure timely and accurate filings with ACRA and other relevant authorities

  • Provide advisory support on compliance, governance, and corporate restructuring matters

  • Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records

  • Liaise with clients, auditors, lawyers, and regulatory authorities on corporate secretarial matters

  • Support the Senior Manager in streamlining SOPs, improving workflows, and maintaining servic

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Law, Accountancy or related discipline

  • ICSA/SAICSA qualification preferred

  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work, preferably in a CSP or professional services environment

  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and corporate governance best practices

  • Meticulous, well-organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong leadership and people management abilities
